Vital Pressure Points

There are numerous vital pressure points on
the human body. These sensitive, more vulnerable areas are
known to most skilled fighters and martial artists. Although
different schools and styles mave different schools of thought
as to how these vital pressure points can be used.
You know a lot of these vital pressure points already. You
thought they were mysterious, but they really are not. And if
you fought a bit as a school boy or adolescent, you probably
learned not to use them. Or when you did, it was called
fighting dirty.
Fighting dirty starts with kicking the other guy's balls. Or
grabbing them and twisting. Or jabbing his eyes with your
fingertips. Kick his kneecap and shatter the patella. It's
rough and its crude. Maybe not the vital pressure points you
were expecting?
There is supposed to be a Chinese system called Dim
Mak, otherwise referred to as The Death
Touch. Maybe you could find a Sifu and study that for some
years.
The stories go that a real Dim Mak sifu can touch one of
these spots and walk away from the fight. Then when he's miles
away, the next day or next week, you drop dead from heart
failure or something like that.
Personally, while I have great respect for the Chinese
fighting styles, I have yet to meet someone who knows this
stuff at that kind of level. But I have no doubt somebody
will be willing to accept your money... Go for it, son. And
send me some while you're at it. ;-)
So anyhow... If you are in a boxing ring, with a
referee there to make sure nothing bad occurs, you should both
'fight' by the rules. But out on the street, mostly there
aren't any rules. It's dog eat dog. Winner takes all. Maybe
even kill or be killed.
In that case, when your life is in real danger - and if you
can prove it later in court of law - you use whatever you
can. And vital pressure points had better be just part of
your larger skills set.
