The JAA is the world governing body of Tomiki-style Aikido - often referred to as Shodokan Aikido. The Aikido video data has been converted into moving GIF images for you.

These Aikido animated GIF images show Nariyama Shihan doing the 17 core techniques of Shodokan Aikido.

These Tomiki-style Aikido throws and holds are known as the Randori No Kata or, in Japanese, the Junanahon no Kata.

They were chosen by Kenji Tomiki Sensei, the founder of Shodokan Aikido, as least likely to cause injury in Randori (free practice) Aikido training.
