I am really glad you find it useful. Just be aware that the 17 techniques I show and the way we do them is from Shodokan style Aikido (a.k.a. Tomiki style Aikido). If you are starting a traditional style, such as Aikikai, then talk to your instructor first. I don&#039;t wish to confuse you (or anyone else). Aikido is a long and challenging journey, with many rewards.</description>
