Judo Holds and Submission Techniques – Judo and Ju Jitsu have some excellent holds and submission techniques to end a fight fast.

I was bullied at school because I didn’t like to fight, so my mother took me along to a Judo club at the YMCA. That was my introduction to martial arts and self defense moves.
